Sorcha has acted on behalf of clients in complex commercial disputes including insurance coverage disputes, product liability proceedings and professional negligence disputes.

She specialises in insurance litigation, coverage advice and policy interpretation. She has experience acting in the defence of high value commercial disputes before the Irish High Court, including its Commercial division and Court of Appeal. Sorcha has also advised clients in regulatory investigations and inquiries.

  • Advising on business interruption insurance coverage.
  • Representing clients in complex shareholder disputes in the Commercial Court and at mediation.
  • Representing a sporting body in a competition law dispute before the Irish High Court.
