Patrick practices in the areas of commercial property law (with a particular focus on industrial property), succession planning and trust law, and administration of estates law and practice.

Patrick has expertise in all aspects of commercial property law with specific reference to purchase and sale transactions, the negotiation and conclusion of commercial transactions and advising on succession planning and trusts, will drafting and the administration of estates.

Experience

  • Acting for corporate clients, public limited companies, regulated entities and private clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property including a completed office development and the subsequent creation of commercial leases within the development.
  • Acting for the vendors and purchasers of large industrial warehouses and office properties.
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases, and in the assignment and renewal of such leases.
  • Acted for a multi-national financial services company with reference to the lease of their offices in the CBD.
  • Acted for a large Irish professional services firm with reference to the lease of offices in Dublin.
  • Acted for a large Irish motor distribution company in the lease of their distribution in Dublin.
