Kevin works on corporate banking transactions and advises on a range of banking and finance related matters.
Prior to joining LK Shields, Kevin completed his solicitors training with another Dublin corporate law firm and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2024.
Advising several of the main pillar banks and alternative lenders in relation to various facilities with corporate and individual borrowers.
Advising various lenders and borrowers in connection with site acquisition and development finance transactions relating to commercial real estate and residential developments
Advising financial institutions in relation to bespoke residential mortgages and commercial property financing.
