Ian is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
He advises domestic and international businesses in complex litigation and regulatory investigations and inquiries. He is accustomed to acting in strategically important cases before the higher courts in Ireland and England, having practised in London for seven years prior to re-joining LK Shields.
Ian also advises clients in mediation, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is a strong advocate of these often more business-friendly means of disposing of disputes.
