Waterland Private Equity invests in Silver Stream Health Care Group

LK Shields acted for Nebula Management Limited in the sale of its interest in the Silver Stream Health Care Group, one of the largest independent providers of residential care for older people in Ireland, with seven homes across Ireland, as part of the investment by Waterland Private Equity in the Silver Stream Health Care Group.

Waterland, a Dutch private equity group, will pursue a buy and build strategy to acquire high quality sites in the greater Dublin area. The investment will also enhance the existing Silver Stream portfolio through refurbishment and capacity expansions.
