Tricel Acquire Finol Oils Ltd

We acted for the shareholders of Finol Oils Limited in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Finol Oils Limited to a member of the Tricel Group.

Finol Oils provide lubricant & maintenance products across a wide range of industries including Automotive, Commercial, Agriculture, Construction, Marine, Motorcycle, Industrial and Food Manufacturing.

The transaction was led by partner Emmet Scully, Head of Corporate and Commercial with the assistance of Gillian Dully and John Campbell.
