Sale of JFW Renewables Limited

LK Shields was delighted to act for Gearóid Whelan in the sale of his shares in JFW Renewables Limited.

JFW Renewables, which was only incorporated in 2021, has gone from strength to strength and has quickly established itself as one of the country’s leading suppliers of solar pv systems.
