Sale of Inland Fibre Telecom to euNetworks Ireland

We acted for Jim McMahon and Tom McMahon in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Inland Fibre Telecom Limited to euNetworks Ireland-Private Fiber Limited.
Inland Fibre Telecom Limited leases fibre cable along its network of duct, sub-duct and fibre optic cable in Dublin, Kildare and Meath.
euNetworks is a Western European provider of bandwidth infrastructure services.
The transaction was led by Emmet Scully who was assisted by Lisa McEllin and Rose Gaynor.
