Sale of CRS to Coolworld

We were delighted to advise Renatus Capital Partners on the sale of CRS, having previously advised on the initial investment in 2020.

Renatus partnered with CRS in August 2020, a market-leading provider of modular refrigeration and temperature control solutions into the Irish, UK and European markets.

The buyer, Coolworld is an essential infrastructure partner to companies across the cold chain and is backed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, an independent fund manager with €8.9bn in assets under management.

The transaction was led by Emmet Scully and Lisa McEllin of our corporate department.
