Randridge Holdings Limited Acquires Don O’Malley & Partners Limited

LK Shields acted as legal advisors to Randridge Holdings Limited in its recent acquisition of consulting engineering firm Don O’Malley & Partners Limited.

Don O’Malley & Partners Limited was established in 1967, is based in Limerick and specialises in mechanical and electrical building services engineering.

Randridge Holdings Limited is a member of the Randridge group of companies headquartered in Bray, Wicklow, Ireland. The group provides whole of life cycle electrical and instrumentation engineering services to both Irish and international clients across the energy, power, process, manufacturing, infrastructure and life science industries.
