LK Shields Solicitors LLP acted as legal advisors to Eomanna Holdings Ltd in its recent purchase of TFC Designs Ltd trading as Kitchen World.
Kitchen World was established in 1977 and has grown to become one of Ireland’s leading designers, manufacturers and installers of kitchens. From its located headquarters at Long Mile Road, Dublin 12, it also has showrooms in various locations across the country including Wicklow, Cork and Waterford.
