Posterscope Ireland Ltd Acquires the PML Group

We advised Posterscope Ireland Limited in relation to their acquisition of the PML Group.

PML Group is the leading out of home advertising (OOH) specialist in Ireland, operating from offices in Dublin and Belfast.

Posterscope Ireland Limited is part of the Posterscope worldwide network within the Dentsu Aegis Network, with 53 offices located in 32 countries worldwide.

The transaction was led by Emmet Scully, head of our Corporate and Commercial Department, with assistance from Lisa McEllin and Gillian Dully of our Corporate and Commercial Department and Jennifer O’Neill of our Employment, Pensions & Employee Benefits team.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
