OASIS Group acquire Irish records storage business of Restore

We advised long standing client OASIS Group, a leading records and information management firm on the acquisition of the former Wincanton Ireland business from UK plc Restore Group.

This was a major EUR36 million transaction funded by Goldman Sachs and ABRY Partners. It is transformative for the Oasis Group business in Ireland and Europe.

The transaction was led by partner Richard Curran of the Corporate and Commercial Department with assistance from Seanna Mulrean.
