Management Team Buy Ardmac Shareholding

We acted for the shareholders of Ardmac Group Limited in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Ardmac Group Limited to members of the management team.

Ardmac specialises in the construction of high quality working environments for global brands, focussing on the commercial, biopharmaceutical, medical device, datacentre, micro-electronics, retail, educational, healthcare and aviation sectors. Ardmac employs 277 people in its offices in Dublin, Craigavon, Manchester, London and Brussels and its clients include Pfizer, Vodafone, Next and Merrill Lynch.

The transaction was led by partner Emmet Scully, Head of Corporate and Commercial with the assistance of Gillian Dully, associate solicitor and Jennifer O'Neill.
