LK Shields Solicitors Welcomes New Senior Associate to their Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team

LK Shields Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Abigail Butler as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.  

Abigail joins from another leading Irish law firm and has experience in dealing with matters before the Circuit Court, High Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal.  She has also acted in several mediations.

Abigail advises on a wide range of general and commercial litigation disputes including enforcement proceedings, injunctive proceedings, corporate insolvency related disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, contractual disputes, and property disputes.
