LK Shields Promotes New Partner in Commercial Property Team

Leading corporate and commercial law firm LK Shields has promoted Property Finance specialist Peter O’Reilly to partner level.

Peter O’Reilly has extensive experience acting for financial institutions, corporate entities and property development clients in respect of secured lending transactions and loan restructuring and enforcement. Having worked as an in-house lawyer with KBC Bank, Peter joined the LK Shields Commercial Property Team four years ago and since then has expanded his expertise and experience in the field of Property Finance.

Having demonstrated a high level of technical and strategic ability and an exceptional commitment to client service, LK Shields is delighted to announce Peter's promotion.

Peter’s promotion brings to four the number of partners in the Commercial Property Team in the firm and reflects the successful implementation of a strategic growth plan for the Department. With strength in depth across the Department and with a dynamic, commercial and solution driven approach to legal support for clients the Firm is seeing significant growth in this practice area and is receiving new mandates from many long standing and also recently acquired clients.

The Commercial Property Team acts for a wide variety of clients including major Irish and international corporates, financial institutions, large institutional and private investors and public bodies and regularly advise on premium value property transactions.
