LK Shields Announces Two Partner Promotions

Seanna Mulrean has been promoted to partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department and Shane Neville has been promoted to partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Leading corporate and commercial law firm LK Shields has promoted two valued associates to partner level.

Seanna Mulrean has been promoted to partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department.  She specialises in Projects, Public Procurement and Energy and Natural Resources.

Seanna also has expertise in a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (in particular cross-border transactions) and advises on commercial contracts.

Shane Neville has been promoted to partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.  He advises on many aspects of general and commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Shane acts in a wide range of commercial disputes, including professional indemnity disputes, energy/oil industry disputes, insurance/policyholder disputes, insolvency disputes and large-scale banking disputes. 

His experience includes large-scale disputes before the Commercial Division of the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
