LK Shields Advises Shareholders of Xcelerator Machine Translations Limited

We were delighted to advise the majority of the selling shareholders / Xcelerator Machine Translations Limited in relation to the disposal of over 99% of the issued share capital in Xcelerator Machine Translations Limited, a leading machine translation technology company, to Keywords International Limited, an international provider of technical and creative services to the global video games industry.

The transaction involved a set of pre-completion conversion of debt to equity, conversion of preference shares to ordinary shares and the conversion of employee stock options to non-voting ordinary shares in the Target company.
