LK Shields Advise on Acquisition of CareWorks by Advanced

LK Shields Solicitors assisted on the Irish aspects of the purchase by Advanced of Irish health software company CareWorks.

CareWorks, which is based in Dublin, provides cloud-based case management software for health and social care organisations, including Tulsa.

Michael Dolan, chief executive of CareWorks commented:

Advanced currently employs 2,400 people and works with organisations such as Aer Lingus, UCD, TCD, the Agriculture and Food Development Authority and Queen's University Belfast.
