LK Shields acted for Communicorp in the sale of Bulgarian radio stations to Fresh Media Bulgaria AD

We acted for longstanding client Communicorp Group Limited in the sale of its Bulgarian Radio stations to local management team, who have created a new holding company, Fresh Media Bulgaria.

Commenting on the transaction, Adrian Serle, Group CEO of Communicorp Media stated, “Communicorp Media is delighted to have sold its Bulgarian Radio Group to the local management team.
