Lifes2good to create 50 jobs following €5 million investment from BDO Development Capital Fund Febru

We acted for The BDO Development Capital Fund in their recent €5 million investment in the Lifes2Good Group.

This is the second investment by The BDO Development Capital Fund since the launch of the €75 million fund in March 2014.

Lifes2Good is an international sales, marketing and distribution group of category leading and clinically proven healthcare brands in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia.

The transaction was led by Emmet Scully head of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department, with the assistance of Lisa McEllin of our Corporate Department.

The investment garnered the interest of national media as following a €5 million investment by the BDO Development Capital Fund Lifes2good is to create 50 jobs over the next three years.
