ISIF backs Elkstone’s €100m Startup Fund

LK Shields were delighted to support Elkstone in admitting the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) as a limited partner and cornerstone investor in the final close of Elkstone Ireland Ventures I, the initial sub-fund of Elkstone Opportunities Fund ILP, which is an umbrella qualifying investor alternative investment fund regulated in Ireland, which harnesses the legal structure of a partnership.
Elkstone Ireland Ventures I is a venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies in Ireland.
