Investment in EIDA Solutions

We were delighted to advise Renatus Capital Partners on its investment in EIDA Solutions, having previously advised on the establishment of Renatus’ third €60m fund from which the investment was made.

EIDA is a Dublin-based, specialist construction software solution provider which enables the efficient delivery and sustaining of large-scale construction projects and manufacturing sites.

The transaction was led by Emmet Scully and Lisa McEllin of our corporate department.
