Verdane, a Norwegian based private equity firm, acquires majority stake in Corlytics Limited

We acted for Kernel Capital, Infinity Capital and other shareholders in the sale of 80% of their shareholding in Corlytics Limited to Verdane.

The balance of the shares are retained by the Bank of Ireland Kernel Capital Growth Fund, Infinity Capital, the executive team and others.
