LK Shields Solicitors LLP was delighted to assist Evolution as Irish counsel in its acquisition of Transigo Limited t/a Digiwheel.
Digiwheel is the developer of a unique HD spinning gaming wheel which consists of a 360 degrees fully rotating HD gaming wheel that can operate as a live online game. Evolution develops, produces, markets and licenses fully-integrated B2B online casino solutions to gaming operators.
