ECA International Acquires Majority Stake in Global Tracker

LK Shields is delighted to have assisted as Irish counsel to ECA International in its acquisition of a majority stake in Tracker Software Technologies.
Tracker Software Technologies is a Dublin based SaaS platform that operates the Global Tracker took and powers the majority of today’s enterprise-level business traveller and remote worker solutions. ECA International provides data, software and global mobility expertise to multinational companies to help them manage and reward their international staff effectively.
