LK Shields Solicitors was delighted to act for the shareholders of Design Partners Limited in the sale of the Irish company to global consultancy firm PA Consulting.

Design Partners, located in Bray County Wicklow, has been operating since 1984 and is a leading product design and innovation agency.

PA Consulting operates in 22 locations worldwide and offers end to end innovation to clients across 9 different industries.
