Construction Contracts Adjudication Service Not Processing Applications due to COVID-19

The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation has advised that, in light of the latest announcements issued by the Government regarding COVID-19, the Construction Contracts Adjudication Service is not in a position to process any applications for the appointment of an Adjudicator (pursuant to section 6(4) of the Constructions Contracts Act, 2013) at this time.

We understand that business will recommence at the Construction Contracts Adjudication Service when circumstances permit.
