Callaghan Engineering Acquired by RED

We were delighted to act for long-standing clients Donal and Miriam O’Callaghan on the sale of Callaghan Engineering to RED, a company of ENGIE Impact.

RED is a UK based Engineering Company employing over 400 people with offices in Europe and Asia. RED are part of the French headquartered ENGIE Group of companies who employ over 160,000 people around the world.

Callaghan Engineering provide multi-discipline professional engineering design, validation, procurement, and project and construction management services.

The team was led by Emmet Scully with support from Lisa McEllin and John Campbell.
