Burlington Real Estate Sold to Gresham House

LK Shields Solicitors LLP was delighted to act for the shareholders of Burlington Real Estate Property Management Limited in the sale of their shares to Gresham House Holdings Limited, part of the Gresham group.
The Gresham group is a UK-listed asset management group.
Founded in 2012 by John Bruder and Niall Kavanagh, Burlington Real Estate Property Management Limited is an independent commercial property asset and development management company. It manages or advises on assets of over €340m.
