ATS Acquires Industrial Automation System Integrator CIM

ATS is an industry-leading automation solutions provider, addressing the sophisticated manufacturing automation systems and service needs of multinational customers in markets such as life sciences, food & beverage, transportation, consumer products and energy.

PA is one of the leading, manufacturer-independent suppliers of complete automation solutions for the process, manufacturing and automotive industries.

CIM is one of the leading system integrators in the area of industrial automation, in particular in the highly regulated Pharma industry, in Ireland.

The transaction was led by Philip Daly and Lisa McEllin of our corporate team, with support from our employment and pensions, IP and property teams.
