LK Shields Solicitors LLP was delighted to act for Arachas Corporate Brokers in its acquisition of Kilkenny-based fintech company Orange Bear Consulting Limited.
Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited is Ireland’s leading national insurance brokerage, and the acquisition will strengthen Arachas’ position in the online consumer market for motor and household insurance.
The team was led by Emmet Scully supported by Ruairi Mulrean, Gillian Dully, Jane O’Grady and Sinead Byrne.
