Acquisition of The Marlay by CareChoice Group

We were delighted to advise CareChoice Group, one of Ireland’s leading nursing home operators, on its agreement to acquire The Marlay Care Home in Dublin.

CareChoice’s acquisition of the 124 bed care home follows its recent acquisition of the Knightsbridge Care Village and Ardmore Lodge Care Home, consolidating its position as a leading provider of high quality elderly care in Ireland with over 850 residents in 9 care homes in Cork, Dublin and Waterford.
