Acquisition of PPS Group LLC by Designer Group

We acted for Designer Group in the purchase of the business and assets of Missouri based engineering company, PPS Group LLC.

Designer Group is an international mechanical and electrical engineering group with offices in Ireland, Germany and the UK.
