Acquisition of Knightsbridge Care Village by Carechoice

We were delighted to advise CareChoice, one of Ireland’s leading nursing home operators, on its acquisition of the Knightsbridge Care Village in Trim, from Barchester UK.

As well as a 117 bed Nursing Home, the Knightsbridge Care Village consists of a Primary Care Centre and a number of independent living units. The acquisition of Knightsbridge brings the total number of CareChoice beds to 620, and the total staff number to 800 acr, consolidating CareChoice’s position as a leading provider of high quality nursing home care in Ireland.
