Acquisition of Kitchen Safe Services Limited by Ranger Services Holdings Limited

LK Shields was delighted to act as Irish counsel for Ranger Fire and Security in its acquisition of KSS Fire Suppression, a Dublin-based provider of kitchen and gas fire suppression systems.

Ranger Fire and Security launched in 2024 and has since focused on acquiring companies in the fire and safety sector. The acquisition marks Ranger’s first European venture and is part of a broader strategy to expand across Europe.
