Sale of AQF Medical to UFP Technologies

We were delighted to advise Renatus Capital (one of the sellers) on the sale of AQF Medical to UFP Technologies, having advised on Renatus’ original investment into AQF in 2021.  Renatus is a private equity firm investing into ambitious SMEs in the Irish and UK markets. 

AQF Medical is an Irish-based specialist in the area of technical foam conversion and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) packaging solutions, primarily for the medical industry.  UFP Technologies is a designer and custom manufacturer of comprehensive solutions for medical devices, sterile packaging, TPU and other highly engineered custom products, and an outsource partner to most of the top medical device manufacturers in the world.
