Acquisition by Seidor of Teamsoft Limited

LK Shields was delighted to act for Seidor in its acquisition of Teamsoft Limited as it expands its footprint into Ireland.

Seidor, a platinum award-winning local SAP partner firm, is a technology consultancy firm with a global presence that provides a comprehensive portfolio of ERP software solutions relating to customer experience, data analytics, employee experience, cyber security and cloud computing.

Teamsoft, established in 1994, is a SAP gold partner and has a nationwide presence in providing ERP software.

Speaking on the transaction, Jose Gomesoro, Managing Director at Seidor’s UK office said:
