Our practice includes:

  • Structure, establishment, regulation and operation of regulated funds and unregulated funds in Ireland.
  • Advising venture capital investors and investee companies in relation to investments in start-ups and subsequent rounds of equity funding.
  • Advising investors in venture capital funds.
  • Advising private equity investors, management and debt providers on management buy-outs and management buy-ins.
  • Advising venture capital investors, management and/or target companies on exits.
